Responsibilities:

Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements.

Assist product teams in transitioning towards self-service analytics, enabling them to leverage data independently for decision-making. In contrast, the analytics team focuses on advanced analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, and other strategic initiatives.

Work directly with decision-makers and product team directors to understand their analytical needs, provide guidance, and deliver actionable insights.

Create KPIs from scratch for product teams, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring measurable success metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
