Role: Senior Trade Marketing Manager, NEAR

Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of all trade / channel plans (Loyalty programs, Trade Deals, CSP, Trade Contracts/Rebates, activations etc..) & the different visibility solutions in order to boost the demand across all trade channels enriching the brand’s penetration in the market. S/he is Responsible for planning and executing the annual trade support plans across the various trade channels in both Egypt and Libya according to brands’ roadmaps and in line with company’s strategies & priorities.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop strategic, integrated trade plans (channel plans, promotions, in-store programs etc.) liaising with sales team, multi-functional teams and customers that tie in with overall brand strategy to drive sales and market share growth across different channels.
  • Manage monthly/annual forecasting, distribution strategy and other relevant go-to-market initiatives.
  • In charge of CI and A&P budget management addressing his/her relevant channels in terms of controlling, releasing, and planning while continuously seeking for opportunities to drive business goal.
  • Prepare and present Annual ICP process, an annual plan for the following year including volume build up in coordination with multi-functional teams.
  • Participate in RTM and RGM workshops, activities and plans in order to support the business by utilizing the market unutilized opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade marketing initiatives in order to commercialize and implement the brand’s marketing plans on ground while identify trends, opportunities, and threats supporting Bel’s growth.

Qualifications And Experience

  • At least 8+ years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
