Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Expertise: o Provide technical accounting expertise on IFRS. o Ensure compliance with UAE legislation and global accounting procedures. o Oversee account reconciliations, financial reporting, and local tax requirements. o Manage the local & Outsourced accounting team and maintain high professional standards.
- Strategic Planning: o Create long-term financial strategies based on accurate financial records. o Collaborate with other departments to achieve efficiencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: o Advise executive management on financial decisions. o Mediate between the organization, auditors, vendors, and clients on financial matters
