- Attract potential clients to buy properties, and advise clients on prices, mortgages/payment terms, and other related information.
- Provide financing options and customize solutions by conducting a deep dive analysis of the application, credit profile, financials, and ensuring options offered fit within the guidelines of the buyer.
- Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
- Take prospective buyers to see properties.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
- Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- 2 + years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of the mortgage lending process, including; processing, closing, servicing, secondary marketing (rates, fees, pricing, valuations).
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Commitment to achieving goals.
