Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to achieve brand objectives, increase engagement, and grow followers across social media platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that align with brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and optimizing content for maximum reach, visibility, and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and customer feedback.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
- Identify social media trends, emerging platforms, and opportunities for innovation, and recommend strategies to capitalize on trends and engage target audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; additional training or certification in social media marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or social media insights.
