Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer insights, and business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities, trends, and user needs.
- Define product requirements, features, and functionality in collaboration with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Prioritize and manage product backlog, epics, and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, product development, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and product lifecycle management.
