We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our employees. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain training records and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
