IT and Communication Manager will lead the establishment and management of IT infrastructure and communication systems at the new headquarters in Cairo. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of technology and effective communication channels to support our business objectives in the Egyptian market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the ICT initiatives across the group.
  • Ensure security adherence as per the global standard.
  • Ensure service management followed as per the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the IT team (Service group, Data center team, network, and communication team).
  • Develop and maintain budget yearly.
  • Develop and report operation reports.
  • Develop and report KPIs.
  • Ensure business continuity is maintained and tested.
  • Manage the ICT asset in the group.
  • Manage and create related IT policies.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT systems.
  • Experience with or proper knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
  • Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
  • Experience in Oracle Implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
