Whatever your reasons for coming to us are, your instructor will work with you using a holistic approach to whole body wellness will help you improve your wellbeing. Whether you suffer from chronic back pain, tightness in your neck and shoulders, old injuries, or whether you have recently given birth or simply want to get back into exercise and don’t know where to start, our instructors know exactly what to do and how to get you the results you want and need.

You can schedule private sessions, either 1-on-1 with your instructor or together with a friend or you can join scheduled group Pilates classes, chosing from Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Jungle Sports Fitness classes.

We keep our classes small so you will get the attention you want or need, and we keep you moving in all the right ways. Your body will learn the Pilates movements and you will feel confident while improving your body, supporting your wellness, strength and fitness goals.

The Role

We are looking for motivated individuals who are excited to work in a dynamic environment. If you have a background in fitness, customer service, or sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area: greet and assist walk-in clients, handle check-ins.
• Answer client inquiries and schedule initial trial sessions via Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook.
• Explain benefits of Pilates, Pilates packages and pricing.
• Answer and redirect incoming calls, manage messages.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, and reconfirmations.
• Collect payments and manage outstanding fees.
• Coordinate with instructors to manage studio capacity and bookings.
• Keep the front desk tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Greet and welcome clients warmly.
• Address questions and complaints.
• Assist with exams and certificates for students/instructors.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
  
  

Salary

• 4500 AED monthly during a 4-month probation period.
• 5500 AED monthly after the probation period.
• 1 flight allowance back home per year.
• Annual pay rises based on KPIs and performance.

Founded in 2009, Options Pilates is the first and only international chain of Pilates and Movement studios worldwide. Based in Singapore, we are rapidly expanding throughout Asia, with branches in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Satellite Training Centres for Pilates Academy in Seoul.
