Responsibilities

  • Plans with the HR Ops Manager the annual HR activation calendar to facilitate effective planning and field activation with timely delivery.
  • Leads on the TM & Learning Agenda for the targeted population in partnership with TM, ER & Compliance & Ethics to deliver the culture of integrity required training (COC, ABAC, COI and cyber security). In addition to supporting the TM BU in the activation of the full learning Agenda and performance management process.
  • Partners with GBS to ensure proper onboarding for the expansion taking place across the year that includes several waves of mass hiring and new verticals created.
  • Leads on the budget and the requests for time and attendance enhancements along with other HR field related matters (EGP 9MM) and managing the attendance machine stocks based on the expansion plans.
  • Lead on HR risk assessment that takes place across all HR subfunctions and ensuring reporting changes to HR Sr Director along with the needed walk through. Close follow up with the team to ensure closing all government inspection requests and reporting to the legal team to ensure that no allegations raised against the Company. In addition to running self audit to ensure adhering to labor law and company policies across all processes.
  • Leads on HR Ops related projects (global, sector and local) to implement HR digitization agenda in Egypt, in addition to the key projects that will drive dEEX required, including the provision of management information as and when required (iCIMS, Hire to onboard, my services, MS Teams for FL, my attendance, smiles for FL, MYIDM for FL, my P&D)
  • Leads and manages all Employee and HR Requests through myServices with strong monitoring to analyze HR metrics and identify efficiency opportunities and areas of improvement to maintain a green scorecard and better employee experience.
  • Partner with HRBP in various field activities to drive Employee’s engagement plan and lead in the design of several engagement initiatives.
  • Create an inclusive culture for team members and raising their capabilities and ensure they are motivated, engaged and aligned with HR Ops LBS strategy while developing them
  • Oversee and manage the service delivery in the following verticals:

Employee services and Benefits:

  • Pre-boarding on Hire to Onboard & Off Boarding through RPA and eventually handling the cases through my services.
  • Employee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips, Employees Files Completion..etc.) Severance communications and documentation
  • Submission of Payroll reports on monthly basis for all offline transactions Onboard the new hires on HR systems and support the HRBP in building the Onboarding plans Ensuring validity of all documents such as and not limited to Health certificates to ensure the completion of all labor office requirements Lead with CBS benefits on any benefits activation in the field to support EEs in utilizing it along with any new initiatives activation.

TM and Learning: (D)

  • L5- PMP around (4500 EEs) - (objectives design submission , business alignment, and process ownership) L5- PMP implementation (PDRs completion, reviews, Sessions to all new Hires ,etc..) COC training delivery for offline EEs partnering with ER&Compliance
  • OHS Activation plan across all online and offline users along with reporting numbers to TM lead
  • R&R Activation and rewards distributions across all locations Handling all logistics for the Learning Agenda in the field.

Facilities and Admin:

  • Facilities operations in DCs in the implementation of all initiatives activations
  • Medical service support in DCs
  • Administration of sick leaves

ER:

  • Responding to Labor office requirements & Audits
  • Full compliance with the local labor law Penalties communication with employees and implementing on the system after business and HRBPs alignment
  • Human rights audits support with ER and HRBP to complete annually in the assigned locations and to fulfill all required documents.
  • FL communication on MS Teams, bulletin board, digital signage in coordination with internal comms and IT)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations or related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of building HR policies and Professional knowledge in Egypt labor law
  • Service management and ticket management system experience
  • Experience with HR systems, time and attendance, and performance management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity.
  • Delivering results through others and raising the capability of his/her team.
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines and within an ambiguous environment
  • Experience multi-site organization is a plus
