CEO Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a high level of discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information for meetings and projects.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent command of both Arabic & English languages
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  •  Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
