Job Description:

Opentap Talent is working with a client in the infrastructure solution industry, and is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations and management for our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

HR Managers with quality experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings for all positions within the company
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation, including salary reviews and bonus programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external HR vendors and partners
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
