- Lead a team of software test automation engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for various software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather test requirements, define test automation strategies, and ensure test coverage.
- Manage and prioritize test automation activities, assign tasks, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Create and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and stability of software applications.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to improve test coverage and reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective test automation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on test automation best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in test automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of software test automation engineers.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
- Experience in web and mobile application testing.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- ISTQB or similar testing certification is a plus.
