Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the e-commerce spare parts business. This includes managing inventory, optimizing product listings, ensuring the website is running smoothly, and handling customer service, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to ensure high uptime, fast load times, and seamless user experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support.
• Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead and mentor e-commerce team members to develop their skills and achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
