• Manage and develop a team of recruiters, fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) to final placement.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Handle client submissions and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Report to your manager with detailed situation analysis and updates.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
