Job Title: Sales Manager / Sales Director - Veterinary Department
Location:Saudi Arabia
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
Company Overview: Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company committed to excellence and growth within the veterinary sector. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager or Sales Director to lead their veterinary department, drive sales, and foster strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and Manage Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance and meet departmental goals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting sales, collection, and gross margin % targets as budgeted and approved by the board.
- Supplier Relations: Manage and enhance relationships with current suppliers, and actively seek out and integrate new companies to expand their supplier network.
- Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent understock and overstock situations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales management, preferably within the veterinary or related sectors.
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred. Candidates with experience in GCC or Egypt markets will also be considered.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing supplier relations.
- Excellent organizational and stock management abilities.
