Our client is a young & leading Desert Safari and tour Management Company in Dubai that is licensed by the Government of Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). That specializes in providing exceptional tours, transfers, excursions, activity tickets, and holiday packages.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2C Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team of sales agents. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inbound leads, ensuring team productivity, and achieving sales targets. This role requires hands-on leadership and active participation in sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 sales agents, each designated to different regions (Asia, GCC, Europe, etc.).
  • Distribute inbound leads to sales agents and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure the team achieves monthly sales targets of approximately 200k AED.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales agents to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Tourism industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have a valid UAE Driving License


Location: Business Bay

Timings: Monday to Saturday | 9am to 6pm
