We are now seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Regional Talent Acquisition Specialists.

What You'll Do:

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the crucial figure in identifying and recruiting top talent for our interpreters. From sourcing candidates to organizing interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding process, your role will be essential in driving the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, recommend the final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers and the human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
• Arrange pre-employment testing, and background & reference screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
• Place and update all job postings in various Media including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote the ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
• Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed.
• Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a call center, BPO, or agency).
• English C1 level upwards.
• Good knowledge of the ATS, CRM, job platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Available to work in the European time zone.
• International recruitment experience can be a plus.
