We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager – Facilities Management to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.


Scope: Assist in managing the staff including their deployment, T&A, training, welfare, and performance. Direct involvement on the profitability of assigned contracts based on efficiency of operations and client management. Assist with operations / Account manager for the planning, execution, and budgeting. Overseeing the deployment and operations on various client contracts. Ensuring the effective utilization of material, assets, and other various scope related items. Ensure the service level agreements with the contract scope of works are maintained. Generating reports related cleaning operations. Overall, this position plays a critical role in ensuring that cleaning operations run smoothly, effectively and meet the highest standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.


Financial


  • Ensure daily deployments to be maintained as per the contractual
  • Ensure invoices information’s and client approvals to share to within the stipulated time frame
  • Ensure to monitor all contract spends under the budgetary line
  • Ensure contractual KPIs are maintained as per scope


Customer


  • Responsible for the coordination with all internal stake holders for new contract mobilization
  • Maintain healthy and effective business communication with Internal department
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with client and hold regular meeting to ensure the smooth running of the contracts
  • Timely actions on client escalations and other operational needs
  • Identify and addressing any operational challenges or issues that arise, implementing solutions to improve the efficiency


Process


  • Ensure the work schedules to be created in line with contractual scope for a seamless delivery.
  • Maintain, Monitor and review all service level agreements within the contract scope of work monthly basis
  • Report any service variations to the contract to the account manager and ensure that these are reviewed and agreed with client.
  • Effective utilization of CAFM systems

  • Identify and implement technology solutions
  • Improve cleaning effectiveness by developing new cleaning methods
  • Creating customized cleaning solutions

Selection Criteria


  • 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified in BICS
  • Excellent English written and communication skills
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Extensive knowledge in computer/ reporting systems
