Main Objective:

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match to achieve the company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, attracting top candidates, and sourcing hard-to-find passive talent using different sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
  • Managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, conducting interviews, and reference checks
  • Managing the job posts and postings on the company website as well as other relevant posting websites
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
  • Maintaining and promoting company policies and procedures for the established recruitment process
  • Creating a potential candidate pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Implementing brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
  • Maintaining professional relationships with existing employees, and building relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Creating job ADs Internally and externally through proper channels and headhunting

Requirements

  • Proficiency in technical recruitment with 5-7 years of experience
  • knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
  • Skilled at developing and leveraging consultative recruitment strategies
