We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communication Manager responsible for the management and growth of all communication and social media channels across multiple companies. Reporting to the President, this role involves promoting the company's message both digitally and in print, using core company values as a guide. The ideal candidate will attract like-minded companies, developers, and investors through creative and strategic content, maintaining high levels of creativity, organization, multitasking ability, and big-picture thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage marketing campaigns
  • Oversee outside vendors and agencies
  • Monitor and manage social media channels
  • Route customer inquiries from social media and Google to the appropriate manager
  • Keep an eye on trends and monitor competition
  • Communicate work and brand values effectively
  • Develop and implement growth strategies
  • Create content and provide SEO for the website
  • Define and manage the brand
  • Produce marketing and promotional materials
  • Research market trends, customer behavior, and marketing tools
  • Develop and maintain brand image and identity
  • Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and executives
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and competition analysis
  • Manage product development and launch
  • Utilize automation and digital platforms to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Organize and attend meetings and events
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for marketing projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Communications Manager, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
