Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to improve customer satisfaction
- Support in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives
- Assist in conducting customer surveys and analyzing feedback
