What you'll do

The Business Process Analyst is the team member supporting projects and initiatives that drive partner-led growth. This will be achieved by becoming the subject matter expert on various flow-through processes, reporting skills, documentation generation, and general program management tasks. Examples of activities include analysis of deal registrations, quotes and configurations, project items, documentation, and much more.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the GTM Partner Operations Lead.

Responsibility

  • Run reports as needed to support various projects, tasks, and programs
  • Find data needs, upload data, fix data
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, revenue, and sales operations teams and partner managers
  • Manage certain programs supporting Docusign partners' operations, such as comp neutrality
  • Become the SME for various processes, understand how things work, and seek to improve and advise from Partner Portal, Deal Registrations, Opportunities, and Quote/Config
  • Support GTM Operation Lead and Manager on project tasks, documentation needs, research, and analysis that may include SFDC reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with different personas in the process, seek to understand issues, filter down problems into understandable concepts, and work with others as needed to resolve them
  • Support Sales personas with their needs regarding understanding Opportunity management
  • Perform training and enablement as needed as necessary
  • Help drive quicker and tighter deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various process touchpoints
  • Measure and track the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Use process mapping and data analysis techniques to assess process effectiveness

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

What you bring

Basic

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
  • Salesforce experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience with Partner Operations or Sales Operations
  • Understand Deal Registration, Quote-Config, Portal>Opportunity process flows at a basic level
  • Able to work Monday to Friday 3pm to 12pm shifts (non rotational)

Preferred

  • Working understanding of the channel space (Resellers/Distributors/ISV/SI)
  • Understanding the Channel Resell cross-functional team structure - Channel Management, Sales, Partner Operations, and Revenue Operations
  • Apttus + CPQ + Order Form/Purchase Order experience
  • Understanding the overall Reseller-Distributor channel business
  • 1+ years of experience working with Deal Registrations and Quote/Config within a channel lens
