YOUR IMPACT ___________

The e-Business team is part of Parfums Christian Dior Orient, based in Dubai, UAE.

Reporting into the senior e-Business executive, the E-commerce executive role requires efficient communication across all the ecommerce markets (8 websites in the region) as well as with HQ Teams to implement an efficient strategy to remain #1 in the region.

YOUR MISSION ____________

As e-Commerce Executive, your main mission will be to support the implementation of the Dior’s Ecommerce strategies regionally and accelerate the growth & customer experience of the 8 websites. The main focus will be the migration from Shopify to Salesforce platforms on the main websites while maintaining other local Shopify websites.

Your Main Assignments Will Be Focused On

SALSEFORCE

  • Working closely with HQ Teams and the regional digital/marketing/CRM teams to support on the Salesforces migration and ensuring that the project respects the requirements and timeline.
  • Support Senior e-Business Executive with the Salesforce migration by coordinating with all the stakeholders of the project (Logistic Team, Finance Team, Digital Team, Markets…).
  • Support on testing the Salesforce project in English and Arabic to ensure that all the requirements are met.
  • Update the websites animation in English and Arabic based on new launches, bestsellers and markets specificities.
  • Coordinate translations between textmaster/translation agencies and local markets.
  • Implement a product merchandising strategy and update it on a regular basis based on the stock, novelties, bestseller and product performance.
  • Test regularly the platforms to report bugs on Jira.
  • Coordinate with the markets on a sampling and GWP strategy.

SHOPIFY

  • Update the websites on Shopify and ensure their continuous growth.
  • Integrate the Arabic language on new websites.
  • Develop new features on Shopify to have the same experience as the dior.com websites.
  • Update the websites animations and create new content (Landing page creations, main banners).
  • Update the product merchandizing and upload product novelties.
  • Coordinate with the local markets on a sampling and GWP strategy.

E-RETAIL

  • Maintenance of the e-retail websites (product novelties, translations, social media assets...)

TRADE AND MISCELLANEOUS

  • Analyze the performance of all the websites on Google Analytics, including Sessions, Users, Orders, IPT, Average Basket, Conversion Rate and build custom reports with insightful analysis and next steps.
  • Competition analysis of all the digital trends in the region and competitor websites.
  • Completion of all POs and invoicing.
  • Monthly memos and reports.

Profile

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • University graduate.
  • 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce.
  • Good project coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and Salesforce e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Awareness of Ecom Tools (Jira, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders including HQ and Local Markets.
  • English speaking is mandatory, Arabic is a plus.
