Human Resources Business Partner, Mediclinic Middle East, Dubai

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support and enable human resources operations through efficient people practices and optimal human resources services, including general administration aimed at supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Ensure the proper implementation and optimisation of HR policies and practices to support business performance and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor and guide HR service delivery, encompassing employee relations, performance management, staff transitions, service delivery governance, and compliance practices, ensuring the provision of quality service.
• Support in optimising and managing talent management practices, including selection and succession planning practices.
• Promote, support, and enable individual teams and overall business unit with practices to enhance the employee experience, including diversity and inclusion.
• Support driving manpower planning, drive budgeting, optimisation, and related costing.
• Support in ensuring the compliance to the government relations and related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and support Emiratisation initiatives aimed at increasing the representation of Emirati nationals within the organization.
• Support the payroll team in the timely processing of payroll.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Relevant experience in human resources operations.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
