Job Context: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will work on a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital media, and more.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Create visually engaging designs for print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters.
• Develop and maintain brand identities across all projects, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
• Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and produce high-quality graphics and artwork.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven 1-3 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently across various mediums.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
