Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all human resources functions within the organization. They will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with the Country HR Manager to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's goals. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR department, ensuring that HR policies, processes, and programs support the organization's objectives
  • -Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
  • -Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • -Manage the HR team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to build a high-performing and engaged HR function
  • -Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies
  • -Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • -Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and other HR-related concerns
  • -Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and recommend improvements
  • -Lead the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs
  • -Serve as a strategic partner to the management team, providing HR-related insights and recommendations
  • -Stay updated on changes in labor laws, industry best practices, and emerging HR trends, and implement necessary updates
  • -Coordinate with external providers, such as legal counsel and training vendors, to support the HR function
  • -Contribute to the overall organizational development and culture-building efforts


Qualifications and Skills:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • -Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, preferably in a multinational or complex organizational setting.
  • -In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • -Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop an HR team
  • -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • -Strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with the organization's goals
  • -Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • -Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable
  • -Experience in a similar industry or sector is an advantage
  • -Fluency in both English and Arabic Languages, written and oral is a must
