Product Manager/Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.

• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Drive & align with the Technology lead on the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery.

the product backlog.

• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
• Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions for product optimization.
• Iterate on features and functionalities based on performance metrics.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and releases to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from various sources to enhance product quality.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBAis a plus.
• Proven experience (2 - 3 years) in digital product management, with asuccessful track record of delivering and launching software products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies/tools/platforms in software

Working Conditions:

Core working Hours: From 11 am to 5pm (2 remianing hours are flexible)
