NOK is hiring a "HR Generalist" for a creative marketing agency located in Zahraa Elmaadi

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Address employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Track employees' time off and attendance.


Requirements And Skills

  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist in a related industry.
  • Previous experience in the GCC ( KSA, Dubai) is a must.
  • Very good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is strongly preferred
