Overview

This role acts as the first point of contact for all leaders and employee needs to build the great place to work within Cairo, working

closely with COEs and HRBPs to deliver the smooth execution of HR strategy as well as overseeing the digital, commercial and finance capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR Lead and key stakehlders to deliver the HR strategy across assigned functions.
  • Build strong working relationships with people managers and provide advice/coaching on key people issues, engaging TR, local HR and SDT support to execute against the function needs and to follow through to ensure execution.
  • The role is first point of contact on any functional scale organisational change, team changes/moves, people development challenges, open roles, employee relations and HR related issues within their teams and acts of partner to the function as first point of contact on these issues
  • Execute the core people processes across assigned functions (PPP, Talent Reviews, PMP, Leadership nominations, core surveys incl OHS, PDR calibration).
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Team in any external and internal recruitment processes - including ensuring job evaluations, approval processes and budget are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate with TR and local HR once the candidate is identified, to guarantee paperwork, facilities needs, etc.. are provided in time
  • Lead role in analyzing OHS and Pulse survey results; doing first insights generation to drive engagement in the organization and within assigned functions.
  • Lead Data accuracy and maintenance for all functions; work closely with HR Ops and Talent Analytics CoE to ensure the population is accurately mapped in the system and all changes are made on time through Local HR Teams. Utilise data to enable insights at key milestones
  • Support the HR Lead in partnering with the function to build key capabilities; taking ownership for delivering some aspects of the agenda
  • Support any change project planning and implementation and analysis and any associated line manager coaching and analysis e.g. re-organisations and redundancy programmes. Take the lead for smaller team changes and ensuring they fit with broader organization design principles.
  • Ad-hoc HR project work as required.

Qualifications

  • Fully professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • At least 6-8 Years of HR experience.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with a confident manner.
  • Experience in Egyptian labour law and PepsiCo core people processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all level.
