Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Call Center Representative position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by managing incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues with sensitivity and efficiency. The Call Center Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and following company protocols and policies.

  • Proficient in Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Very Good in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
