How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will support the Omnichannel Sales Director in the definition of the local Retail strategy and will be responsible for its implementation in the internal boutiques located within your dedicated scope.

You will oversee the day-to-day activity within our internal boutiques, and will be responsible to develop the commercial activity by implementing a strong culture of performance, to ensure a strong development plan for all our team members and to implement a “Clienteling” mindset.

You will be a key stakeholder in the commercial activities of the Maison in the UAE, actively contributing to numerous discussions and innovative projects experience within your scope.

Your key responsibilities will be to implement the retail strategy and sales achievements, retail people development & Aspire management, retail project management & business activations, as well as compliance and operation excellence.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English , French and/or Arabic is a plus with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients.

You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a minimum of five to seven years of successful sales and project management with global luxury goods company or equivalent customer service oriented business, as well as a mandatory knowledge of retail.

You will also have strong organizational skills, flexible schedule with availability for occasional international travel and regular network visits to boutique within the network. You will be able to proactively & independently work, as well as function as part of a team, you will have high level of active listening skill and capacity of observation.
