Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious engineer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Reliability Engineer lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone. You’ll be working in a hard-working team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to CAPEX & Maintenance manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior team members. The delivery of Leading disciplined and detailed Assets strategy development efforts will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Kraft Heinz Egypt.

What You Will Do

• Lead principled and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts.
• Create and update site areas, processes and equipment, criticality matrix.
• Set Maintenance different strategies to each equipment (RCM, Predictive, Reactive, Condition based…..)
• Makes plant tours, collects, and handles improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environment. Ensures compliance with all business unit/facility policies and procedures as related to safety & Quality.
• Ensure capture and analysis of maintenance data and equipment work histories.
• Lead regular review of equipment "bad actors" creating action plans for increasing reliability.
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis efforts.
• Contributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that reliability, maintainability, cost effectiveness.
• Define the Condition monitoring system in the factory.
• Resolves degree of equipment deterioration. Ensures revision of the equipment that require detailed repair.
• Learns working conditions of the equipment and mechanical details. Works out instructions of their accurate exploitation.
• Examine accidental situations, causes of equipment breaks and stops. Works out and ensure realization of measures to prevent sudden breaks, stops, to extend terms of service of the plant equipment and mechanisms.
• Monitor of equipment performance like output, reliability, maintenance costs, availability, and then generate and implement the vital improvements.
• Analyze equipment performance and sets plans for reliability improvement.
• Champion CMMS and KHMS implementation.
• Leading KPI’s reporting & Engineering Dashboard.
  
  
  

Hard Skills

What you bring

• Education Bachelor's degree (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical field)
• Work Experience From 3-5 years demonstrated ability in the same field – preferably in FMCG
• Knowledge Preventive Maintenance scheduling using CMMS, Equipment reliability, Reporting & sourcing parts
• Language Knowledge Excellent Command of both Spoken and written Arabic and English
