Client:

A diversified utilities and energy group in the UAE.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as IT Service Desk and/or IT Support in a Corporate Main Office environment.
  • Strong background in handling L1 and L2 support
  • Solid experience with Service Desk and ITSM
  • Well-versed with Service Now or any ticketing tool such as BMC Remedy, Managed Engine, JIRA, etc.
  • Well experience in building laptop infrastructure and enterprise IT systems like Azure, AD Domain Management, SCCM/Intune, HyperV (or VMWare)
  • Supporting hundreds of senior users and tickets including VIPs
  • Willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
  • Preferably can join immediately.
  • Arabic speaker is preferred.
