Logistics Executive - Haier Gulf

The Role

• Daily customer delivery order implementation, including order consolidation, order planning, order tracking and ensure delivery on time as per company standard and customer requirement;
• 3PL management including loading & offloading, transportation process, perfect order and goods delivery; Accounts reconciliation with 3PL;
• POD management including collection, submission, on file
• Align with internal division including finance, sales and operations for the order closure;
• Daily report management including delivery log or order tracking report and so on;
• Owned logistics vehicle and facility management regarding as repair and maintain procedure
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or another related field
• At least 3 years experience at warehousing and transportation handling or operations management;
• Familiar with the local logistics industry trends in UAE
• Keep favorable relationship with contractors, consultants and main client at GCC market;
• Proficiently oral and written communication by English, excellent communication, coordination, and cooperation ability, with high execution and stress resistance
