Team Leader - Restaurant Service (m/f/x)

Welcome to DEKRA Arbeit Group. In the context of direct placement, we are looking for several full-time Team Leaders (m/f/x) in the Restaurant Service for a luxury hotel in Dubai that are going to start their employment from December 2024. Ideal as gap year or year abroad.

Now let us see how your typical workday looks like:

• Management and administration of the restaurant business at the highest level
• Active cooperation in the restaurant
• First point of contact for guests
• Daily motivation of the service team to deliver top performance
• Creating a positive working atmosphere and training of the team
• Constant exchange with the kitchen and all other hotel departments
• Compliance with hotel safety and fire protection regulations as well as all health and safety regulations
  
  
  

The skills and competencies for this role are:

• Completed education in the restaurant or hotel industry and at least 2 years of professional experience in service
• Extensive knowledge of wine, drinks and food
• Good knowledge of English
• Confidence, a sense of responsibility and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work full-time and in shifts for at least 6 months
