Lead Engineering Activities from Site surveys, Preventive Maintenance, On Site Engineering, Upgrades, FAT, SAT Commissioning on following products/families.

  • Foxboro DCS Secured & Stand Alone Versions
  • Triconex Safety, F&G Systems
  • Switch Upgrades

Handling customer meetings and interpret requirements in design phases or annual SLA meetings.

Write the script and code modules for HMI.

Database preparation using automated tools.

Configure switches and firewalls in SCADA networks.

Writing as built and operational manuals.

Development of logic control for DCS/ESD applications

Understand and implement the interfaces with other subsystems.

Perform preventive/corrective maintenance visits to customers as per approved schedules.

Support Project Managers in project plans, schedules, and projects budgets.

Create and evaluate project documents/transmittals.

Work independently on small projects

Support sales in project proposals and customer presentations.

Qualification / Experience

  • Bachelor’s in engineering preferable Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics
  • 7-8+ years of relevant experience in DCS/ESD projects in Oil & Gas applications.
  • Hands on experience in various Foxboro DCS/Triconex System
  • Hands on field experience in hardware (Foxboro, Triconex, Trident) is must.
  • Knowledgeable on Industrial communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, OPC, DDE) is must.
  • Hands on experience in modern HMI graphics (Intouch for system platform, InTouch OMI, Foxview) is must.
