F&B Supervisor for Luxurious Hotel

Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join the team of one of their clients a prestigious luxurious hotel. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue.

You will supervise a team of F&B staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver excellent service to their guests. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring and controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
