Basic Purpose

Drive high performance within the Cloud business unit by analyzing commercial activity against market trends, ensuring pricing accuracy and implementing processes to support the commercial team within a constantly evolving environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on commercial performance on a weekly basis for our all our Cloud customers globally.
  • Assist the commercial team in accurately and expediently completing bid execution.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement pricing strategies.
  • Ensuring commercial consistency across all regions and customers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market size, market share, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor order intake and backlog for Tate’s Cloud customers and communicate demand to impacted stakeholders within the business.
  • Provide detailed monthly updates on performance vs. Forecast and Prior Year. Identify trends and communicate their impact on the business.
  • Propose and implement system improvements across the organization.

  • Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environment, and product compliance policies and activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant with two years post-qualification experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a finance function with a commercial focus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Succinct communication skills that provide clear and unambiguous direction throughout the business.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and logical mindset which allows you to anticipate problems and implement systems to prevent issues occurring.
  • Skilled in bringing people together to achieve a common goal.
  • Process driven mindset with a focus on controls and accountability.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering company.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from a varied set of backgrounds.
