➡ Position: Front Office Manager
➡ Location: Sharm El Sheikh
➡ Skills: Proficiency in Fidelio, strong communication abilities
➡ Language: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
➡ Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the front office
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
• Manage and train front office staff
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
➡ Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in hotel management software
