For our location in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager for setting up sonnen newest office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the setup of Cairo's IT infrastructure, driving to local hiring initiatives, and ensuring a smooth setup, all while representing sonnen within the local business network.

What You Will Do To Drive Energy Transition

• Lead technical teams onsite: lead and manage onsite technical staff, ensuring alignment with global IT goals
• Drive services and support by recording, analysing, and resolving incidents efficiently. Provide remote and field support, including installation and configuration tasks
• Define IT infrastructure management, assemble and maintain IT infrastructure. Provision clients and document processes for transparent workflow
• Manage software and system maintenance and deploy software through patch management
• Provide technical support for core applications and manage IT resource changes and provide end-user training
  
  

What You Will Need On That Journey

• Demonstrated IT support experience, proven experience in IT support, including knowledge of workstation systems, peripherals, and software
• Strong communication and coordination as well as ability to tackle challenges promptly with a hands-on approach
• Awareness of cultural differences in a diverse workplace.
• Experience working with Jira
• Efficient fault localization and resolution skills
• First leadership experience is required
