Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to manage Egypt and the cluster countries. You will play a vital role in Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise and solutions to current and future challenges. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area for EL division based in Egypt. You will be mainly accountable for: Executing and contributing to the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy within the functional and geo-graphic area of responsibility, in alignment with group guidance, policies and procedures. Acting as a speaking partner to the business advising on strategy, processes, and policy and best practices in relation to talent acquisition, implementing and continuously optimizing HR talent acquisi-tion processes and procedures. Acting as key point of contact for the main stakeholders, contributing to, supporting, and leading where appropriate, talent Acquisition functional design projects and pilots giving feedback to the team and leaders on the experience of implementing group tools and processes in the geographic area of re-sponsibility and ensuring learnings are incorporated into future program/process design. Developing and implementing cluster/country-specific programs in area of talent acquisition and em-ployer branding, optimizing support for the relevant processes and monitoring service delivery in ac-cordance with the pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA). Formulating financial plans and budget estimates for the Talent Acquisition organization in the cluster, managing adherence to agreed plans and budgets. Managing vendor relationships at the cluster/country level, instructing service providers and monitoring quality and cost of delivery, sharing practices with other geographic areas for their use as appropriate

Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any stream
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience in full recruitment life cycle including job brief, developing sour-ing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
  • Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications.
  • Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, techniques, and platforms, including the use of digital and social media.
  • Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence others while maintaining a focus on customer service.
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to
  • challenging new ideas and inputs.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
