Our client is a compassionate provider of cremation services dedicated to offering dignified and caring support to families in need. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales And Customer Support Representative to join their team. This role involves engaging with families, explaining the services offered, and coordinating with various partners to ensure smooth operations.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), Shift-based (12 AM - 8 AM or 7 AM - 3 PM Manila Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Answer incoming calls from leads, explain the services offered, and assist families in choosing the appropriate service.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Follow up with leads through text and email to provide additional information and support.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM and other digital tools to manage customer information and track interactions.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and compassionate answers to their questions.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with crematory partners, transportation partners, and other vendors via text, email, and phone to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities over time as needed to support the team's goals.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Effective Communication: Successfully engage with families, providing them with the information and support needed to make informed decisions about cremation services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations by effectively coordinating with partners and managing administrative tasks.

Experience Required:

  • Sales and Support Experience: Previous experience supporting a US-based team with both written work and calling, experience in a sales-based role is a great advantage.
  • Strong English Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to conduct phone calls in a neutral English accent.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • High Emotional Intelligence
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection (>30mbps) and a quiet working environment.
  • English Proficiency: Demonstrated English proficiency as shown on profile.
