The Quality and Operations Specialist ensures operational excellence and the highest quality of patient care at GluCare. This role focuses on implementing quality improvement initiatives, optimizing operational protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality plans, conduct audits, and facilitate improvement projects.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, optimize workflows, and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and prepare documentation for audits.
• Data Management: Analyze performance data, generate reports, and identify improvement trends.
• Patient Experience: Enhance patient satisfaction, address complaints, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work with staff and stakeholders to achieve quality and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement and operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
