Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients "Head of Marketing".

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads.
  • Set quarter and annual objectives for the marketing department
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Manage the organization's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as development and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and providing regular financial reports.
  • Seek to minimize marketing expenses and coordinate with the finance department to approve expenses and analyze variances.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and differentiate the organization's offerings.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing and the traditional Marketing such as billboards, banners, brochures, newspapers, magazines, television and radio ads.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to senior management.
  • Provide direction for the content creator to develop compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Stay up to date about NGOs market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to develop marketing strategies.
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics based on market feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices
  • Assist the Managing Director and the Fundraising consultant in developing a fundraising strategy and ensuring that the marketing plan is set to support the fundraising strategy.
  • Ensure any fundraising is conducted in compliance with relevant charity guidelines and Ataa Fund’s brand image.
  • Assist the Fundraising consultant in the preparation and delivery of personalized presentations to major investors.
  • Ensure Ataa’s branding in every project.
  • Develop a campaign plan for each of the launched/ signed projects.
  • Prepare human interest stories from ACIF beneficiaries.
  • Document the project’s work and marketing its successes (reporting to the public on the achieved milestones).


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant fields.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Marketing in relevant fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the NGOs industry is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Egypt to visit project sites.
  • Experience working within a flexible working environment.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.

Company Industry: Charity Investment Fund/ NGO

Work Conditions:

  • Job Type: Full-Time.
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Friday and Saturday are off.
  • Work Location: Dokki, Giza.
