YOU’LL WORK ON:
As the Head of Accounts Management, you will assume a leadership role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients at a strategic level. This position involves overseeing a team of Account Managers, building strong client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall client success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer success strategy and driving initiatives to maximize customer value.
YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:
Lead & Mentor Account Managers:
- Drive exceptional customer experiences by leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers.
- Leverage your extensive Rolodex to establish and expand industry contacts.
- Navigate and understand the nuances of long sales cycles, tailoring strategies for success.
- Exhibit exceptional managerial skills, fostering team motivation, and empowerment.
- Demonstrate brand compatibility in all client interactions.
Build Strong Client Relationships:
- Serve as a high-level point of contact, building and nurturing robust relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients on long-term plans, aligning strategies with their business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers.
- Support Sales in identifying and engaging new customers utilizing your Rolodex effectively.
Clients and Teams:
- Effectively manage and resolve conflicts as a great manager, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention and renewal
- Act as voice of customer on product & feature development
- Act as bridge on marketing and partnership opportunities, as well as financial and operational issues.
- Utilize your understanding of CRM for efficient solutions, driving customer satisfaction.
- Showcase expertise in account management principles to meet and exceed client expectations.
Provide Regular Reports on Metrics & Performance:
- Maintain a proactive "In it to win it" mindset, delivering regular reports on customer success metrics and team performance.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making skills to interpret and communicate success metrics effectively.
YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive international experience navigating diverse business environments
- Proven experience of at least 15 years in a leadership role within an Accounts Management or Customer Success team.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate financial strategies with cutting-edge technological solutions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to business development and success.
- Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making, with a track record of leveraging data to drive customer success initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and experience in building and executing customer engagement metrics.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Able to thrive in challenging and high-pressure situations, while maintaining strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent English & Arabic proficiency.
