Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of F&B business.
- Oversee inventory, supply chain logistics, and workforce scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
- Conduct inspections and audits to uphold quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes.
- Enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- F&B experience is a MUST.
- min 5years of experience.
- Proven experience in operations management.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
