MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Attends and records customer requests.
  • Establishes new, and maintains existing, relationships with customers and agents.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by e-mail, telephone.
  • Supports the Sales Manager with quotations and contracts.
  • Keeps constantly apprised of the economic / business situations within the MENA region.
  • Market studies and business cases to measure potential & development.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact details.
  • Market research on competitors
  • Assists in resolving accounts payable invoice discrepancies and variances with customers.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc Degree (preferred)
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • Driver license
  • Computer skills MS Office applications and General ERP understanding
