T.H.E Architects, Planners & Civil Engineers, Inc. is a premier architecture, planning and civil engineering firm in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a talented Tendering and contracting engineer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing and maintaining project documents, including drawings, specifications, technical reports, and correspondence.
- Assisting in the development and review of engineering designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction activities adhere to project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitoring construction progress, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing technical guidance to contractors and construction teams.
- Participating in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Analyzing tender documents, identifying project requirements, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions in response to client requests.
- Conducting cost analysis and estimation for tender proposals, including materials, equipment, labor, and other project-related expenses.
- Managing and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring compliance, reviewing and approving variations, and resolving contractual disputes.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- 2: 4 Years of experience in the same field.
- strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex architectural projects, are necessary.
- very good knowledge of (Office-BIM-Revit- Primavera).
Job Type: Full Time Employment
Working Conditions : Sunday- Thursday
Days Off: Friday- Saturday
