As a global leader we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help drive success as part of our Data Analytics team by leveraging Oracle Health's data and technology to build and maintain data analytics assets that will be used to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes for the client. The primary responsibility is to design, develop, and maintain the business intelligence reports. Join us and create the future.

As a BI Analyst you will analyse Clinical, operational, and financial data, helping internal and external stakeholders by developing visual insights to solve business problems using data. You will pursue data related projects such as dashboard development, statistical analysis, and model development. As a key member of the Data Analytics team, you will navigate through the complex business challenges to design solutions using different Data Analytics tools like SAP BO, SAS, Tableau etc. and convert them into design and develop assets to achieve business objectives and support internal initiatives.

As a BI Analyst you will also work closely with all client stakeholders to understand requirements and participate in data validation sessions, driving efficient operations within a line of business by analysing business processes and data to provide business insight.

Yo u will play a crucial role in the Oracle Health organization that helps the client get actionable information from the data, maintaining and enhancing partnerships with our clients and supporting future growth opportunities in the space of Data and Analytics

Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 0-2 years related experience, including:
  • At least 1 year of business analytics work experience
  • Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and visual insights in SAS/Tableau/Power BI etc. A minimum of two completed projects in visual analytics


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium
  • Experience working with SAS platform
  • Experience working with SAP Business Objects
  • Experience working in SQL, data transformation and preparation
